Seasonal Flow

In seasonal yoga we change our practice to be in tune with the seasons. Winter is a slow, meditative practice with restorative and yin elements. In spring we embrace the days getting longer and the new upwards energy around us and start to build a stronger more energised practice. This energy peaks in summer with a strong fiery practice. Late summer is a transitional time where we continue to develop the strength of summer further developing our core strength but the practice begins to slow a little. In autumn the nights draw in and we move into a gentler practice that allows us to let go.

Candle Lit Yoga

A gentle, relaxing practice with restorative and yin elements to help us prepare for beautiful nights sleep.

Flow Yoga Workshop

Seasonal flow class with a workshop element. This class has a max of 8 students.  Each week we will work through a normal flow class but also take the time to break down some of the poses. This is the perfect class for both beginners and those who would like to be able to have the time to explore some poses a little more.
